Pet Policy
Highlands is a pet-friendly community!
We welcome two pets per apartment home. There is a $250 pet deposit per apartment and a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet.
We can not accommodate Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrior, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, American Bulldog, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds.
